Basic Document:-

• Tourist / Business Visa Requirements:1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of a minimum of Nine (09) months after the intended date of departure and a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
  a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
  b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
  c) If any visa request was refused, details of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred
• 3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with matt or semi-matt finish, 60-80% face coverage, white background, and without border (Size: 33 mm x 48 mm)
  Please Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Invitation Letter: An invitation letter issued by a relevant entity approved by the Local Government of China (Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit)
• Personal Bank Statement for the Last Six (06) Months. (last balance 3,00,000+)
• Bank Solvency Certificate. (last balance 3,00,000+)

For Business Person:- 

• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (only for a company owner-director)
• Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Trade License Copy.
• Import & Export Certificate
• TIN Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)
• Income Tax Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)

For  Job Holder:-

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Visiting Card.
• G, O (Government Order) for Official Passport
• BMDC certificate for Doctor
• BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

For Student:-

• Student ID card Photo Copy.
• Leave letter from school/college/university.
• Birth Certificate (Only for Child & Infant).

Others:-

• Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)

Airline and Hotel Reservation:

Air Ticket Booking Copy and Hotel Booking from Global Trade Link.

Online Visa fee:

CHINA 1st time – 3 countries (sticker visa) visited without India/Nepal – BDT: 9,500/- per person.
CHINA 2nd time – BDT: 9,000/- per person.
CHINA double entry- BDT: 11,500/- per person.
CHINA 1 year multiple entries- BDT: 20,000/- per person.
Biometric is required only for a 1-year multiple visa.

The total approximate processing time is 7 to 10 working days (Time may vary depending on the applicant’s profile and embassy’s actually processing time).
