Visa Requirements:

Basic Document:-

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum of six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
  b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
  c) If any visa request was refused, details of original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.

• Thailand Visa Application Form: Visa application form must be filled and signed by the applicant.
• Photographs: Two recent 35mm width and 45mm length. Color: In color only to reflect natural skin tones. Head size and position: 32mm to 36 mm.

Please Note: Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Financials: Evidence of adequate finance e.g. Current Bank Solvency and Bank Statement of the last 6 months with satisfactory transactions (at least 20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family OR60,000 Taka per person and 120,000 Taka per family). Only original Bank Statements and Bank Solvency Letters are acceptable.

For Business Person:- 

• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (only for a company owner-director)
• Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Trade License Copy.
• Import & Export Certificate
• TIN Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)
• Income Tax Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)

For Job Holder:-

• No Objection Certificate (NOC).
• Salary Certificate.
• Visiting Card.
• Pay slips – if any.
• O (Government Order) for Official Passport
• BMDC certificate for Doctor
• BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

For Student:-

• Student ID card Photo Copy.
• Leave letter from school/college/university.
• Birth Certificate (Only for Child & Infant).

Sponsor documents: (if any )

• Invitation letter
• Passport copy
• Tenancy agreement copy
• Bank statement – is possible

Others:-

• Marriage Certificate Copy (If Spouse name not mentioned in Passport)
• Other financial documents ( Fixed deposit/Sanchay-Patra/Share documents/ Credit card statement ) –( if any)

Airline and Hotel Reservation:

Air Ticket Booking Copy and Hotel Booking from Global Trade Link.

• Global Trade Link Visa Processing fee: BDT 4,760 (Non-refundable)
• Delivery Time (5 to 7) working days.
• Visa validity 3 months, single entry.

Note: Documents in Bangla must be submitted along with a notarized translation in English.
