Visa Requirements:

Basic Document:-

• Passport: latest passport copies(all pages)including visas and endorsements (Original Passport must be shown at the time of submitting visa application) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
• Visa Application Form: Application form – ID1003A & ID1003B Hong Kong (SAR China)
• Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs, must be 40mm (width) X 50mm (height). The size from chin to crown for the person in the photograph should be 32mm to 36mm. There should be sufficient headroom. When you take the photo, please do not wear a headdress, and avoid heavy make-up and overly dark or overly light-colored clothing.
• Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Hong Kong (SAR China), Dhaka.
• Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from company in Hong Kong mentioning purpose of visit, length of stay, number of visits required, and taking the responsibility of repatriation of the applicant
• Covering Letter: Covering Letter from applicant name, designation, Passport Number, purpose, and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip – travel, accommodation, expenses, etc. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Hong Kong (SAR China), Dhaka.
• Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from company in Hong Kong mentioning purpose of visit, length of stay, number of visits required, and taking the responsibility of repatriation of the applicant

Proof of Occupation:

• Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original)
• Office ID card copy and visiting cards.
• Income Tax Certificate(Tin) copy.

Financial:

• Company’s or Personal Bank Statement for the last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
• Salary slips for the last six months. (If Any)
• Marriage certificate in English with notary. (If traveling with a spouse)

For Business Person:-

• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (only for a company owner-director)
• Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Trade License Copy.
• Import & Export Certificate
• TIN Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)
• Income Tax Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)

For Student:

• Student ID card Photo Copy.
• Leave letter from school/college/university.
• Birth Certificate (Only for Child & Infant)

Airline and Hotel Reservation:

• Air Ticket Itinerary Copy and Hotel Booking from Global Trade Link.
• Visa fee: BDT 8,000 + 500.
• processing fee: (Business/Leisure/Transit) non-refundable.
• Processing time: Minimum 6 weeks.

Note: Documents in Bangla must be submitted along with a notarized translation in English.
