Visa Requirements:
Basic Document:-

• Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
  b) Attach all your old passports (if any).

• India Visa Application Form: visa application online form must be filled and signed by the applicant.

• Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with white background and without border (Size: 2”x 2”)
  a) Photographs should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

• Invitation Letter: If business visa. 

• Forwarding-Letter:
  a) Forwarding Letter / NOC from the applicant’s company authority on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
  b) Visa request letter from the educational institute or student card/evidence of school enrollment (if student) 

• Proof of Occupation:
  a) Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor.
  b) Office ID card copy.

• Financials:
  a) Company’s or Personal Bank Statement for last six months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number clearly.
  b) Salary slips for the last six months. (If Any).

For Business Person:- 

• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of your Company (only pages, where the directors’ names are mentioned). (only for a company owner-director)
• Office pad / Company Letter Head Pad
• Trade License Copy.
• Import & Export Certificate
• TIN Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)
• Income Tax Certificate (LAST 03 YEARS)

For Student:-

• Student ID card Photo Copy.
• Leave letter from school/college/university.
• Birth Certificate (Only for Child & Infant).

Airline and Hotel Reservation:
Air Ticket Itinerary Copy and Hotel Booking from Global Trade Link.

• Visa fee– 1,500 BDT. Global Trade Link processing fee (Business/Leisure/Transit) non-refundable.
• Processing time: 5 to 7 working days (Time may vary depending on the applicant’s profile and embassy’s actually processing time)
• Note: Documents in Bangla must be submitted along with a notarized translation in English.
